I had the Super B in 1970, 383 Magnum with hood scoops and the pistol shift, it was a fun car to drive...It was Red and we put a vinyl roof on it as well...I wish I still had the Car...
Yeah i'm thinking the same. By the looks of it he already restored it from the photos. Would be nice to see the Two of them together with father and son behind the wheel of each.
Why do you people paint the hood springs the same color as the car ? I bought a yellow 1970 RR new while still in the Air Force and the hood spring was not yellow.
I think that Alpine white is ugly. If this was my car I would have redone it exactly like they did 4 historical and all original value purposes. But then I would take it and get it wrapped in petty blue with all the racing numbers and decals, because I think that looks awesome. But underneath everything is still original and it helps keep the paint job underneath pristine from Little dents and chips.

Fabulous story. Incredible and gorgeous Superbird!
Absolutely great show!
Should trailer that car home......putting 4,000 miles on it right away just to drive it home is crazy.

HA!! Mike Hill is my neighbor lol didn't even realize he was on the show.
Does he still have the car
@@ruthless6870 sure does. Its not going anywhere.
Did Richard Petty use the same blue when he raced for Ford
Pretty sure he did
Petty sure he did
Yes I would say that it called Petty Blue

I don`t know how you guys would deal with Darren I know I could not handle him
It’s obviously scripted.... if that was real he’d be long gone.......
@@nobodyspecial6436 for sure
David Brent
oof that Daren guy is such a Jacka** . That guy wouldn't have lasted a week in my employ - Awesome car & episode other than that
In a car restoration video you want to see restorations activities and not people talking too much.
😃👍👍👌✌
dancing to boxing... obviously due to starter fluid fumes !
Great story, but I think that if Mark started that boxing crap on me I'd have to just give him a good old backslash across his head.
Lee, I took did a car build with my dad. I smashed it before we could finish it. So I hope that your boy will take pride in working with his dad.
