U see how fast he honed his technique. No distractions. He is speaking to the small mouth. He knows exactly how they are reacting! Even better than the people who know them the best ! Great win. Was rooting for him the whole time !

This year has been great for Japan in terms of Bassmasters. Daisuke Aoki won the Opens on Douglas Lake, Taku has made many top 10s and has won an Elite Series.
Watching Taku live was so entertaining and funny to watch. I know people who don’t enjoy watching fishing on TV and loved watching him to include ceremony. Congrats and we look forward to more Taku Time! #105pounder 🤣

You ain't kidding! What an amazing classic the St Lawrence river fishery would make for a drama filled classic. 2 anglers have come from behind in 2 of the last 3 years here with 25+ and now 26lb day 4 winning here! Be an amazing classic for sure!

As good as that Lake has been, I can’t believe they haven’t. I know they couldn’t have it there in February or March but they could in June like they had the Classic this year
@Hans Greindl I don’t know anything about their laws there because I like on Lake Guntersville in Scottsboro Alabama and have never been up there to fish but it can be done at the end of the season. I’ve always thought the Classic should be in the fall after the regular season has concluded but Id love to see a northern lake hold the Classic
@Hans Greindl We can definitely get a little bit rowdy down here, that’s for sure! You should see the fans at an Alabama/Auburn football game or at the Talledega NASCAR race😆 We definitely like to have fun and know how to have fun🤷🏻♂️

They could easily do a 5 year or so cycle where they hold it in the South in late Feb/early March then move it up north in June or July
