As someone who uses asmr to sleep 9/10 times I feel each is best for different levels of sleepiness lol 'Rushed' - when youre tired/exhuasted but just cant seem to sleep right away Long - when youre not tired at all but need to sleep lol helps to lull you into resting 😁
