I know what you mean about Fjallraven gear. I treated myself to an Expedition Down Jacket last winter, it's the warmest jacket "in the world". Not cheap but absolute quality.
Hi Chris. You cannot be accused of not spending money in Scotland! Nice haul. Keep the videos coming and keep your sense of humour! We get a good laugh as you slide into middle age. Ha ha!
Love the fashion show 🤣 take a look at Rohan gear, understated quality that last years👍🏻 I have trousers I still wear from 1997 and safari shirts that at least 29 years old, but never buy when the new colours arrive, give it 6/8 weeks then they get discounted down 👏👏👏
Hi Geoff and Danni Ooops, I mean Chris and Danni. We love watching you and Danni and the pup pack. Bought the books last xmas, and they are all mint. AS you are loving campsites I can highly recommend Portavadie Marina its a stunning spot for a night or 2. Keep up the great channel cant wait for the next one.❤
Loch Ness Shore campsite is really nice. We stayed there on 3 separate nights whilst zig zagging across Scotland late September, early October. Very friendly staff too. The pitches you saw and mentioned were seasonal pitches are actually seasonal staff pitches. Great walks straight from your pitch & a lovely cafe as well.
Hi Chris, loving your videos about the motorhome as we are a year in to owning our 7.4m Roller Team so have been through the sqeaks and rattles stage like you are going through now lol. Anyway just one question about your stereo head unit, would you mind letting me know a) what type is it and b) are you happy with it. Our factory fitting XZent unit is dog shit and I like the size of your screen with Carplay a must. Would be grateful if you could let me know please. Keep up the good work and I look forward to your next videos. P.S. Loved the Ring doorbell idea in the habitation door!!!. P.P.S I used to see your Grand Cali outside at Houghton when you worked there as I work next door. Cheers Michael
We live not far from Tomintoul and driven past that Glenlivet estate sign numerous times and never realised that art thing was there 🤦♂️ guess where we’re going on Saturday 😂😂
Tomintoul that is where I was brought up as a child. My family is mostly from there and now I live outside Durham.Enjoy the seanery and a road to travel is the Lecht road.
Hi Chris, suggestions regarding whisky, stay away from Islay whisky as they're like TCP in my opinion as the water is filtered through peat. Speyside whiskys are better. Try an Aberlour 12yr old. Its smoother tasting. Good luck.
Interestingly, the year before last, an albino blackbird lived around Newton Hall…..I saw it many times and didn’t realise such a thing existed but trust me, it does👍
Howay man can I just say that having just bought the Scottish guides (and just ordered the Borderlands one) - they are brilliant - layout - style and ease of reading is just brilliant - honestly so impressed how good they are especially with the digital content! First class 🍺 One question - what time of year do you think is best for the Outer Hebrides mate?
Loving the Chris and Danni vlogs, plus I've been googling where to buy Arran Gold! I feel the same about regular whisky, I want to like it but it's minging haha
Hi Chris Got your books from the first promo, a bit battered due to customs opening the package and then having the cheek to charge me nearly 10€ tax. Looking forward to reading them. I get my hiking stuff from Revolution Race, check them out, really good merchandise.
You would be suprsed that there is a number of places who don't do food on one day of the week, they use that day to clean the kitchen. 1st to comment😅😅

Aye lad @ 15:40, you might have got it 3 years ago, but FFS, you've grown like a teenager since then!!! 😉
😂😂😂 like a seal mate. I’ve been eating well
@@ChrisSloanes Aye, well the seals here in Peterhead are saying you're takin' the foukin piss like!!
Harsh but true I suppose 😂
By any chance did you go and see the largest bottle of whiskey in the world in Tomintoul about 4 foot tall.
Another step closer to "Geoff" 😃
Wait until you see Fridays video 😂😂
My ocd is driving me mad , since you’ve had your new van you’ve been missing the black cap on the drivers seat belt bolt by your shoulder 🤦🏼♂️
I’ve had it replaced 3 times and it constantly falls off when you knock it. 😂
@ our passenger one does it , although we are on a roll atm it’s has stayed in place on the third time of putting back on
Good videos-but the sound is not so good unless your talking directly to camera. Don't you use seperate mics 🙂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 .. Piglet .. 🤣🤣🤣 .. X
