Hello KIONNA, Thank you and yes, you can do this a day before, except for the balloon beads. We don't recommend making it a day ahead since it will deflate sometimes.
This balloon design will last longer though.

😍 I’m currently working on a 8 foot 7 foot dinosaur and found that a low heat glue gun was easier to use versus the sticky dots. As long as it’s low heat the balloons won’t pop.

Because it's number 7, I will make a much bigger base (Just like a little floor where you can glue you number seven) to keep it from standing and I will also put balloon weight right on the base. What is the measurement for the top of the number before the dip as well as the measurement of the curve?
