Thank you for your platform coverage of this event! It is an amazing event and I can’t wait for it to get here year in year out! This is an event that me and my grandsons look forward to each year as it usually comes on my 1st grandsons birthday. Live the event and the cars are head turners.

1954 Ford Crestliner.
Ford produced a run of only 200 special-edition vehicles, which were equipped with glass roof panels and a glass hood window to showcase the cars engine.
The cars were sold only for display in Ford dealership showrooms.

It was great to see you at Cooly's, I was in the white flared Torana Hatchback.

Love the Cooly rocks festival, but I can’t handle the traffic getting in and out of there anymore 😂 And the crowds can make it difficult to get a good look at the cars or photograph them.
The Caloundra beach fest isn’t as crowded and has a bit more holiday vibes to it 🙌
Thursday and Friday at cooly was good.

The Hellraiser van has only been around in the last couple of years I've got photos of it from van show at Hervey Bay from 2021.
was it a restoration of an old van or a new build

I love your show but to be honest I watch for the work you do not car shows ,I also noticed the views are down so I don't think I'm the only one.

Hi Rob, I would love to do all workshop shows but I can’t do that much work. The events will be at least 50% of our production going forward.
As for views, we continue to grow with 1.5 million views over the last 12 months.

Its a Retro themed event and has a 1987 cut off date for entrants.

Im from Sydney originally and honestly Howard, the South East Queensland car scene is the best in the country hands down.
Next year it wont clash with Cooly and the entrace rule may be changing.

You do amazing work Howard but I reckon your sponsors should get you a better camara. Do not know what other's think but it seems to be blurry and fuzzy when moving. Cell phone not really doing the job.
Hey mate, it’s defiantly not a cell phone. I’m currently using a Sony mirrorless camera. I no the focus can go in and out sometimes but as for clarity it might be the refresh rate on your screen not keeping up.
@@AstillDesign thanks for the reply, i did notice during your boss xc build it was perfect. Just the shows seem to be blurry round the edges of cars. But do apologise it could well be me.
It’s a lot easier in a controlled environment with lights etc. outside with variable light it is much more difficult. Plus with some many people I had to move too quickly at times.
@markpearton4502 I'd say it's Howard's settings...I don't think he is know for Tech/Camera skills🙃

Nor should dangerous behaviour be tolerated. These are family events for goodness sake. Families should not have to put up with dangerous behaviour if they want to participate in the Friday cruise. Perhaps the authorities should consider double or triple demerit points while these events are in progress. Or even better, slap them with a three month licence suspension! I bet that will significantly change their behaviour.
