Best thing to do when in Makkah, is to go to sleep straight away after Isha. That really helps in waking up for Tahajjud Salah. And then have breakfast and then rest till Zohar Salah. From Zohar till Isha stay in Masjid Al Haram. Have dinner once either after Asr or Maghrib. Enjoy your time in Makkah thinking that it maybe the last!!!
