Hair in the two areas where the fungus once were are very weak. The hair breaks off consistently no matter how well the hair is cared for. I am using selsun shampoo from last 6,7 years.. because i used all the medicines and medical shampoos..bt didn't get any result..at last the best choice was selsun shampoo

Your video was my cure. I Took terbinafine 250 mg for 30 days and I saw gradual healing of my scalp and hair regrowth. I did notice that my hair has a different texture and it’s darker on some areas, With the darkest where I had a lesion and discoloration.

Here I am telling you what to do if you are suffering from fungal infection of scalp/ Dandruff - If you follow - as suggested, then it should help.
2) Apply "Candid B" lotion all over the scalp daily at night, for 2 weeks
3) In the morning after bath apply Miconazole Gel in the scalp for 2 weeks.
4) Buy 2% Kitoconazole + Zinc Pyrithione/shampoo(Novale / Scalp) from the chemist.
This lotion you will have to use as soap/shampoo.
Wash your hair, face only with this lotion. Infection also travels to face with sweat.
Apply it like soap all over the face, and head.
Leave it for 5 minutes then wash it off well with warm water.
Do it daily for 15 days. Thereafter 2 times a week for 3 months.
Do NOT use any other soap or shampoo.
Use of Lotion and shampoo together will help the problem to get better soon.
5) Take one tablet of Terbinafine 250mg daily after dinner for 20 days. Get prescription from your doctor.
6) Keep your towel, pillow and comb separate from everyone.
Wash hair immediately after haircut. Dirty instruments, comb, brush are common sourse of fungal infection.
8) To avoid recurrence, keep 2% kitoconazole + Zinc Pyrithione shampoo in the bathroom and at least once a week use it for hair wash.

If a young girl had a fungal infection in her scalp & took the required medicines ; Is it possible for a fungus to live in the hair follicle after many years, & damage the hair in those areas? Hair in the two areas where the fungus once were are very weak. The hair breaks off consistently no matter how well the hair is cared for. The hair is dry & brittle & a different texture from the other hair on the head. My daughter is desperate to find out what is causing this. She has been to trichologists, several dermatologists& other physicians to no avail. She has tried diet, vitamin supplements, hair & scalp preparations, you name it & she has tried it. Here I am telling you what to do if you are suffering from fungal infection of scalp/ Dandruff - If you follow - as suggested, then it should help.
I am also writing the Pharmaceutical name of all medicine - All medicines are marketed under different name in different countries - If you show this name to the Chemist he will give you the right medicine.
2) Apply "Candid B" lotion / cream (Clotrimazole1% + Beclometasone Dipropionate 0.025%) all over the scalp daily at night, for 2 weeks
3) In the morning after bath apply Miconazole Nitrate 2%) Gel / cream in the scalp for 2 weeks.
4) Buy 2% Kitoconazole + Zinc Pyrithione/shampoo (Novale / Scalp) from the chemist.
This lotion you will have to use as soap/shampoo.
Wash your hair, face only with this lotion. Infection also travels to face with sweat.
Apply it like soap all over the face, and head.
Leave it for 5 minutes then wash it off well with warm water.
Do it daily for 15 days. Thereafter 2 times a week for 3 months.
Do NOT use any other soap or shampoo.
Use of Lotion/ Gel and shampoo together will help the problem to get better soon.
5) Take one tablet of Terbinafine 250mg daily after dinner for 20 days. Get prescription from your doctor.
6) Keep your towel, pillow and comb separate from everyone.
Wash hair immediately after haircut. Dirty instruments, comb, brush are common source of fungal infection.
8) To avoid recurrence, keep 2% kitoconazole + Zinc Pyrithione shampoo in the bathroom and at least once a week use it for hair wash.

आप को सर aur dadi मे होने वाले फंगल इन्फेक्शन / डैंड्रफ में क्या करना बता रही हूँ . जैसा बताया है वैसा करोगे तोह आशा है फ़ायदा होगा . पहले सर और दाढ़ी के बालों को छोटा काट ले - trimmer से katna hai - blade se - शेविंग बिलकुल नहीं करना है .
. इस से दवाई लगाने मे आसानी होगी .
1) आप डेली रात को अपने पूरे सर और दाढ़ी मे Dipsalic lotion/ Sternon S Lotion, (Betamethasone + Salicylic Acid Lotion) सोने के पहले , तेल की तरह लगाना - 2 week (हफ्ते) तक .
2) Morning मे रोजाना सर को और फेस को cipla co का 8X shampoo (केमिस्ट को बताओगे तोः वोह यह आप को दे देगा ) से धोना है .
सर और दाढ़ी के बाल गीले कर के इस 8X shampoo( Cicloperox 1%) को face पर भी अच्छी तरह से मल लो .
5 मिनट तक रहने दो . फिर गुनगुने पानी से अच्छी तरह धो डालो
यह ३ हफ्ते तक करना है . उसके बाद हफ्ते में ३ बार 3 महीने करना है 3) सुबह सर और फेस वाश करने के बाद उसपर "Miconazole gel" लगा लो यह 2 हफ्ते तक करो .
4) Tablet terbinafine 250mg 1 tablet रोज रात को खाना खाने के बाद 20 दिन तक लेना hai.
यह dawai आप को डॉक्टर से लिखवा कर लेनी चाहिए .
यह सारे दवाइया आप को केमिस्ट से मिलेगी .
4) ट्रीटमेंट पूरा एक साथ शुरू करना और जितने दिन बताया है उतने दिन करना .
5) अपना तौलिया और कंघी सब से अलग रखें और किसी को यूज़ नहीं करने देना .
6) जब भी ब्यूटी पारलर मे बाल कटाने जाओ , एकदम घर आ कर 8X shampoo से सर और फेस धोना .
पारलर मेi गंदे ब्रश कैंची से अक्सर फंगल इन्फेक्शन सर मे बार बार लग जाता है .
7) जैसा मैंने बताया है बिलकुल वैसा ट्रीटमेंट करोगे तोः फ़ायदा होना चाहिए
जब तक पूरा ठीक न हो जाये शेविंग नहीं करना
Sir mujhe sir mein khujli hoti thi or dandruff tha fungal infection type...but mene doctor ko dikhaya to ketoconazole shampoo diya mene yh use Kiya or uske sath hair shave bhi krwa li ..
But ab jaise hi baal wapis aye h khujli hone lgi h or balo ki Jde drd krti h ....
Chhote chhote baal jhd bhi rhe h .....sath me balo ki jh drd kr rhi h ...
To kya Karan ho Skta h iska or mujhe kya ilaj krna chahiye
