in terms of gameplay wouldn't halo be by far the simplest? it's pretty simplistic even compared to other first person shooters since the situational awareness and problem solving are both turned way down. its...well not to put to fine a point on it Halo is pretty much exactly what people are talking about when they use "casual" as a derogatory and actually mean it. I guess pokemon might arguably be even simpler since although it does have surprisingly complex mechanics most of the games are tuned so mind-numbingly easy that you do not in any significant way need to engage in or understand any of those mechanics to the point where you don't actually need to be able to read the language to play the text-based games. hell, it is actually legitimately challenging to find a way to _loose_ in most of them without imposing outside rules: it is nearly impossible to run yourself out of resources even if you are doing things like buying and selling items until you have an empty inventory and no money and releasing all your pokemon being forced to keep at least 1 usually leaves you in a recoverable position (if sometimes only technically, breaking out of having nothing but a level 5 magicarp is a hell of a grind but it IS doable).

In the movies the Jedis are pretty much whimps and never use their force powers as they should do. The siths are a bit better at it, but not by much. Based on that the Spartans would simply fire off their Battle Rifles and the Jedis would be no more (No: They can't deflect projectiles with such velocity). From a game's point of view the spartans are pretty much the same. The Jedis/Siths, however, are a completely different story. There you wield force push, pull, grip, mind control the lot. In a mid-ranged combat the force-users would just manipulate the spartans like flies without giving the spartans a single chance to fire off a single bullet. In close combat spartans would not be able to withstand the speed of a jedi and with long range sniper rifles the jedis could sense the incoming projectile and dodge it. My point. If you take the stupid, stiff jedis from the movies, then the spartans would win (except for close combat), but if we look at jedis/siths the way they should be, then spartans would have no chance. In a mid-ranged combat the force-users would just manipulate the spartans like flies without giving the spartans a single chance to fire off a single bullet. In close combat spartans would not be able to withstand the speed of a jedi and with long range sniper rifles the jedis could sense the incoming projectile and dodge it.
My point. If you take the stupid, stiff jedis from the movies, then the spartans would win (except for close combat), but if we look at jedis/siths the way they should be, then spartans would have no chance.
