Please get millions of views. I've been deep diving your channel for an hour and "WOW!!" is what I hear myself repeating. I have created many games for my students over the years but this helps tweak them, add more, and make them more meaningful. I teach a difficult and often disliked subject so these tips will hopefully benefit my students as they progress. Thank you, thank you!

Thank you so much, Brynn! What difficult topic do you teach?

@@MarieJoLeroux Chemistry. My students are upper secondary but inner city SES with severe struggles in math and reading. I'm watching every video of yours and planning meaningful games for each unit. I love how clearly you identify each component and its purpose.

This cleared so many doubts about autonomy that I have had for a long time. One question about in-game economy: have you ever created/considered/seen any organization where they may have created a "gamification system" where completing trainings or having a score in trainings gave them a currency that they can exchange for real life benefits like restaurant tickets, gifts, discounts, maybe even small salary increases, etc.? Not saying whether that would be a good or bad idea, I am just curious if this has been tried before and maybe you have seen it :)

I've been asked that a lot by my clients, and I don't recommend real-world rewards. Depending on the task, it can actually extinguish motivation. ☠☠

@@IvanchuuuV Glad you think so! The real answer is much longer, but that's the gist :)

Hi MJ. I tried to reach you through schedule meeting two times. Both the time I got Zoom meeting link. Yesterday I waited for you at zoom link for whole one hour and you could not show up due to some urgency may be. Today I got an zoom link again and this time it was cancelled 07 minute before the meeting showing that I did not confirm whether I will show up. I am confused this time because though I got the zoom link one hour ago... I did not saw any link or it did not tell me to confirm anything...... I tried to reach you only because your learning strategy is very easy going and you gave an opportunity to discuss.
May be I am missing something contacting you.... would you please help me with it?

For some reason the system is not getting your confirmation so the call is being canceled. I have answered your email.
