Thief’s! Will take your money on any deposits for a new construction and won’t provide documentation needed for closing if house does t appraise. Which it most likely won’t in the Fort Myers Midtown area as there aren’t many comps. Jamie Outten and Nicole Outten have been extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to work with. Took $1000 and did not even try to reimburse when the transaction went sour. I beg you, Look somewhere else!
