I did the eye massages as directed on one side and took a photo to see if I could see any improvement. What a nice surprise to see visible improvement of my sagging lid. Now I will work on my other side! Thank you so much for sharing this technique! 😊
What a great routine! I have several eye issues (including glaucoma and pain and dryness associated with Graves Disease), so I have done a lot of searches for eye acupressure. This video is excellent! These massage techniques are quite different from others I have found, don’t take long to do, feel great, and hopefully will help me look better with time as well.
