I absolutely loved season 4 with the Great Leviathan, but season 5 is definitely the most epic. I love this theme, espeically 0:35-0:37 with Bakuras and Yugis facing off. Pure awesomeness. ^^
As with most hand drawn shows, the more seasons that go by the better the artists get with drawing the characters. This leads to sharper lines and cleaner animation, since they've done it so many times. The Dragon Ball series shows this greatly if you compare Dragon Ball to Dragon Ball GT. I love the animation in Millennium World saga too.

This intro is the last good thing of Yu-Gi-Oh I remember before the show started to go down the crapper. GX, Capsule Monsters, 5Ds and Zexal should never seen the light of day. I think they destroyed the awesomeness the show had.
It's sad, but I honestly think that it was bad, in fact the worst way to end such a great series... Maybe because I've liked the original story so much better...
