- GOT7 all left JYPE in January 2021 at the end of their contract.
- In February 2021 they put out the single « Encore » under Warner Music Korea.
- For solos, they all signed to different agencies.
- JAY B took time to go through the legal paperwork to have the GOT7 trademark transferred back to the members themselves. (They had to buy it back). It was finalised in 2022 and in May of that year they had a comeback (with the title track NANANA) still distributed under WMK and they opened up new socials.
- In 2023-2024, JAY B and Jinyoung enlisted. They just came back this November.
- The 7 of them are now actively preparing for a GOT7 comeback in January-February 2025. (7/7 are in Korea rn)
- Also as they aren’t attached to a company instead of « renewing » a contract in 2024, they extended their trademark for another 10 years (so until 2034). So That’s a pretty cool thing!

Thank you for checking out JAY B !! His full album Road Runner is really good !!! There is a second title track, Cloud Nine (no videos yet)!! He's done 3 music show this week and each of his performance was insane !!! His live vocals and performance never disappoints !! Hope you check out the album when you have the time 💚
He's influence by a lot of Motwon/Funk and old school RnB artist ! He produces under Def. He also has music under Def (more Lofi), Offshore ( a crew of like minded RnB artist), JJproject (Duo with Jinyoung), JUS2 (duo with Yugyeom) !!
And GOT7 comeback has been confirmed by all members early 2025 ! Most of the members are in SK recording !

Thank you for checking out JayB.. He's my Ult and I have been waiting for him to come back since he was in the military.. The whole album is amazing.. Will say this album actually reminds me a lot of his previous album Be Yourself since it has a lot of groove and funk mixed with R&B.. Live that sound 💚🌴
