Imo the Internet signifies Hal Monitor. There's a theory that Mr Puzzles & Hal Monitor were siblings before they became Adware/Hardware Heads.
I don't think they were siblings, because Mr. Puzzles never had friends nor family, And Mr. Monitor's family Is just kitchen appliances. But I DESPERATELY want Mr. Puzzles and Mr. Monitor to Interact and either become friends or enemies! Reasons are because...
1. I absolutely adore the both of them.
