I think rock has saved my life. I remember the pain and anger and noise inside my head were so loud that only angry and loud rock songs could silence them and give me some relief. Only then I was able to feel good.
I survived and years later now I am happy, free, and mostly at peace.
Just had a bad half of a day and came back here to calm down and realized how far I have come.

Riot still is the best of Paramore! This is their most energetic, intense, and well written album beginning to end. Truly, it was understood but still a shame that serious differences couldn't be settled as all members in the Riot lineup really complimented each others' efforts. Add Taylor permanently at this point as a 5 piece and this would have been even more impressive.
Brand new eyes is the pinnacle for me. Riot was great though.

I love this song because of the beat and the nostalgia, I'm still really young but my father used to play this and alot of other songs that I keep finding again. I found this one today and as soon as I heard the first second of the song I instantly remembered it from when me and my father would drive around doing stuff in his car and he'd play a disk full of songs I grew to love because of him. I'm so glad I have his taste in music.

This song might be my favorite from Paramore. And maybe my favorite video too. I think it compliments the song so well, I love its colors and aesthetic. There is just something both enigmatic and suspenseful but filled with raw passion and fierceness, it makes the whole thing very impactful to me... I don't really how to describe it but no other song gives me a feeling like this one. And even 15 years later the "crush...crush..." part still gives me chill

I dont get why people are so shocked when they knew a celebrity at a younger age- neighbor, school mate, etc. like sure, some people lie about it, but every celebrity has had a neighbor, a school mate, an ex, etc.
like, it's not impossible to have known someone before fame. my ex of a year in high school is in a band that's getting pretty big now- some people move on to bigger and better things- it's awesome. and it's not impossible to have known them prior to their current life.
