Hi Julia good to see you. My store had boneless Chuck roast on sale today for 3.99 a lb for the family pack limit of 2. Picked up 2 ran about 30$. Canned 10 jars of roast today. So tender and yummy. So useful. Canned chicken last week. Honey crisp apples on sale today for 1.49lb. Picked up 2 jars of peanut butter today and 2 cans of chicken noodle O soup to add to pantry. Rest of my groceries were fresh vegs 2 types lettuce, celery, and yellow squash bag of grapes on sale. I have cut way down on groceries. Trying to use stuff from freezer. It is almost deer season also. I hope your garden did well this year. Mine was a flop .Blessings Jan from Texas
These were some great deals. I'm about to start canning up my freezer and also any other food deals we come across. Still canning potatoes and sweet potatoes. We have really been watching the grocery budget and the prices. Ours was just ahhhh. Not wonderful but not our worst year either.

It has been game changing for us. Our little one has no issues with them and they keep for over a week.

Thank you! We were extremely fortunate and just had to deal with a lengthy power outage and some tree damage. This was really bad for our area and we are thinking of those who felt the full force of the damage.
You can also freeze block cheese. So if you get more than you want, freeze it ❤️ you probably know that.
