I'm halfway through the speech, the speaker has elucidated the miscarriage and/ or misappropriation of powers entrusted to any organs of our democracy.. honorable justice's speech underscores the citizens participation in the democratic processes. ❤❤❤nd I hope millions of people listen to it and appreciate.
Hatts off to you mam for upholding the rule of law, The Rule of Constitution over arbitrary self proclaimed/acting like judges of Political party like BJP.
Madam In view of right of graçeful lives for all , govt must organise universal basic income scheme for unemployed adult which will increase consumption, gdp, revenue, jobs .
This judge appears to have mugged up the laws to interpret them with her own bias. However, she fails to understand the very basic principle of democracy. In a democracy, all the powers are vested in the people. Their powers are unlimited and there is nothing called separation of powers for them. They can change anything, they can throw away any institution. All institutions and constitution are created by them. All policies and laws are made by them, and not by courts or any other institution that they created. This power is exercised through their elected representatives (parliament). Thus, parliament is supreme and these judges and their opinions are not the ones to decide on what the country wants. Judicial independence is given to them only not to fear in making judgements. But, parliament has the power to override🎉 it through a law.
Congratulations for your Valuable Law lessons which is very useful in this Critical Lawless atmosphere! Thank you so much. God bless you Madam.
I, am proud of Mrs. Nagarathna, for her vociferous speeches to highlight the importance of Democracy.
