You either forgot or maybe you don't know, but there are actually 4 Metro Stations in Alexandria. 1. King Street 2. Eisenhower Station 3. Braddock Rd Station 4. The Brand New "Potomac Yards Station" One more correction, the KING Street Station is not also an AMTRAK Station. 2 Separate Companies, AMTRAK is around the corner and has nothing to do with the Metro Transit System.
you are correct but with a rolling suitcase it is easy to go from Metro to the Amtrak train and vice versa, someone actually thought and planned that correctly. The city has never looked so beautiful it is a fine place to grow up in, a true community. I miss it and will visit home next year! Cheers and if you move there please learn the history of the place in as many eras as possible. Thank you.
@@ms.kmtheflimsy107 So I would say that there is a difference between what you're comfortable paying monthly for a home and what you'd be able to get approved for to stay within a certain budget. There are a lot more factors than just your annual salary that go into what you can comfortable afford. Send me an email and we can talk further! hello@livingingreaterdc.com
You have to make 3 times the monthly rent every month. If the rent is 1500 times that by 3 to figure what is required monthly. A more comfortable number would be around 68,000. And up.
