To be fair, it is technically the standard long battle theme, it's just that most battles were RK (who's theme is 1811)

This long battle made me realize that this is possibly the only time we've ever seen Kuze's moveset used in Lost Judgment.
I might be wrong but I don't remember any thugs using his moveset aside from his pipe moveset.

kasai of the neo keihin gang still uses kuze’s moveset like he did in judgment, but you gotta do the entire school side storyline to do that
