Huge Concrete Block Overhead at TED 2023

I'd guess that it's not made of concrete, that it is very lite, and it is using air jets to move around.
It moves like an RC controlled miniature blimp so it is likely that there is a helium balloon inside of the block.
The Studio Drift website refers to the flying concrete object, or the object made to look like concrete, as Drifter.

Helium inside, super lightweight, with non-toxic cold gas thrusters / propeller air jets?

I've done a lot of CGI, the illusion is not quite complete but sure :)
