I guess the best advice could be here: start focusing on yourself, your self care and developement, try to understand your needs and priorities and also what were your past mistakes ( to avoid them in the future). Make your life fulfilling and good, not based exclusively on what others can make for you, but also on what you can do for yourself and others. Never beg for love!
