Vasco Shootout Love angle becomes the motive of Vasco boy murder, 3 arrested

The Bogmallo shootout case had a love angle also involved. On Sunday the Vasco Police questioned the girl, reportedly the victim's girlfriend, in connection with the murder of 30-year-old Amar Naik of New Vaddem, Vasco in the Bogmalo shootout case.
According to available information, the girl also hails from New Vaddem, Vasco and was in love with the victim. Her brother, who is currently in the Gulf, was opposed to their relationship and as both belonged to different religions, police said.
Meanwhile, Ravi Shankar Yadav, a native Uttar Pradesh and currently residing at Anjuna, was remanded to five days police custody by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vasco on Sunday. Police said Yadav had hired both the contract killers namely Shailesh Gupta (29) and Shivam Singh (22) from Mumbai to kill Naik.
Yadav was born and brought up in Vasco before he shifted to his native State. He used to often visit his friends in the port town. He later started residing in Anjuna and was unemployed. Now watch what Goa police have to say on their investigation on this shootout case.
