Again not too many players picking Carlitos. I know Novak is a legend but he’s had a bit of a sluggish season so far. Does anyone not remember Carlos winning Queens and Wimbledon last year??? @@Makaveli_93 it would take 3 weeks from a few days ago to recover from his knee surgery. So he would maybe be back for Wimbledon but even then he hasnt been playing his best this year and his focus is mainly on the Olympics anyway this year
@@Makaveli_93 it's not the recovery part. A meniscus tear sure, it'll heal after a month from surgery, but it's the rehab, the mental battle, the uncertainty of you injuring yourself again, the olympics (which will he prioritize), and he knows he's getting old. I'm sure he'll be physically recovered by Wimby but will he be there 100%? I doubt it.
We'll see, it was a minor intervention. I hope he recovers.

I'm surprised there were no Bublik predictions (besides the underhand aces). His game is very well-suited for grass. He won Halle last year, got to R4 at Wimbledon (losing a tense 5-set match to Rublev) and is at his all-time highest ranking, finally taking the game more seriously. Grass has also been his best surface in the last 3 years. He is too volatile to ever be a sure thing, but I'm quite sure he will have one of the best grasscourt seasons and possibly (pending draw) finally make a Wimbledon QF.
Alcaraz is the favourite, and now that Djokovic most like won't play Wimbledon- this is basically tailor made, for Alcaraz.
