Helen wonderful to see you again! Love your baby knits! They are fun and relatively quick so you do feel a sense of accomplishment. I did a knit on patch and followed a tutorial on UA-cam. Best patch ever! I have also found that Lang sock yarn has a spool of matching thread that you knit with when doing the heel and toes to give them extra strength. I use those for my husbands’ and fathers’ socks. Take care Helen. I look forward to your next episode!
Hi Helen! Merri is in California and I live in Montana. And we are too far apart! I Miss my Family so very much! Like you I have unfollowed quite a few on IG and Podcast. I don’t need their negativity! As for the box store yarns that is what we started with Red Heart, and all I used until about 5years ago when Merri turned me on to indie dyed yarns. But I still use both styles... there is a place for all yarns! Happy to see you again! Take good care of you! 💗
Hi Helen, the wee sew and sew mentioned you a long time ago and I’ve been watching since then, maybe two years now. Love your Glasgow accent. I love all accents and all the podcasts from around the world. It is amazing isn’t it. Imagine a world wide knit in the park. It could very well happen in years to come when covid disappears. Grandma came from Inverness. So I do have some Scottish blood. Shawls used to be my favourite to knit. Now I enjoy watching all of you and your colourful projects. Cheers🇨🇦
Love all your baby knits Helen! You have been real busy! We r expecting another granddaughter (#4) this August and I have been making a lots of baby items too! Nice to have a quick knit! 💗👶🏻🧶🥳
Hi lovely good to see you again 🤗 I can't believe Gary's sweater how disappointing!!! Its looked amazing in your IG photos. Your brother is really talented I think he'll do really well with them. Look after yourself Helga 🤣🤣😘😘
Thank you for your podcast 😀 I can only crochet granny squares but have recently become addicted to The Beautiful Shells blanket. The pattern is on Ravelry and I followed the tutorial on Utube by Alison Russell. It is a basic crochet stitch and she explains it very well. I have crocheted three so far ! You are certainly very prolific 😀
