Is there any tricks on how to properly align the second hand with the dial indices other than trial and error? I must have set the second hand 20 times just trying to align the indices on the dial.
Great video. I learned a lot watching it. Just a few questions: Are these parts typical of Miyota movement? Is there any special advice you'd give to a beginner? Are there any tools aside from basics that you'd recommend? Would you say these Miyota movements are more or less the same? Thanks!
1)Yes sir, any quartz movement will have same parts but their size, shape will be different from movement to movement 😊 2)patience and enjoy 😀 3)yes there are many tools, but basic are tweezers, movement holder, screw driver's, radico putty, cleaning liquid, brush 🙂 4) miyota is really good, almost all their movements are metallic, they have all type of movements 🙂
@@watchwizard Thank you for your reply! I recently dissambled and assembled a 2035. The problem is that the movement is no longer ticking. Is there a bad connection? Did the movement stop because I magnetized the parts? Why won't the 2035 tick? :(
Hi boss I'm going to buy some 2030 miyota movements from a shop how can I tell if its an original miyota? Is there a big difference between the Japanese and the one from China? Thanks
Hello sir, I don't think there are copies of miyota 2035 movement... And even if miyota gets their movements assembled in china or japan, I don't think there will be any difference in their quality...
Hello sir, I still cannot understand how the stem. Control the on and off of the movement. What mechanism of the stem. Does so?
