This isn’t an investment in my opinion. Someone might be able to turn this into something but they better bring some money with them because it needs a lot of improvement. Personally if I had an idea for building or starting a business I would look for something that existed and was ready to go or I would build from scratch. That’s just me. Good luck to this family I hope they find someone who seems opportunity in this property.

If the owner can still go down with their price considering the scope of work that needs to be done it might entice a buyer.
