In regards to the style of vocals in the chorus do you feel like you push the note into the distortion? And does it feel like you're using your regular voice or a more falsetto version of it? Keep doing your thing man I've been watching more of your videos and they're great!!
I push pretty hard honestly, It doesnt feel like falsetto at all. But theres like some kind of compression in there,hard to explain

How do you get the vocals of the main track so low while still keeping the music at a reasonable level to where you can here it? I am trying to do vocal covers but people are saying that they can hear the main vocalists voice over mine at certain points and it takes away from the vocal cover. I use Presonus Studio One at the moment.
Hi man! Try multiband compression in the vocal range of the song. Also sidechain your vocals to the music
@@DiegoTeksuoCovers Thank you very much I shall look into those since i have pretty much just used Studio One to put the song and my vocals on two separate tracks and mess with the Decibel rating to get the vocals of the band down to manageable level, if that makes sense
