Double barking seal train meet alright! When I was a kid in the 70s along the Milwaukee Road main we learned to give trains a wide berth. Lots of times open boxcar doors would have steel banding strap hanging out bouncing off the ballast and it didn't take a lot of imagination to picture it slicing sombody wide open. Excellent video, enjoyed it much!
For the first two rains I knew there was a train coming from the other direction because it's horn was making noise at the previous crossing to this one . I also figured it also. Because the train coming towards you wasn't alternate flashing his lights as I was hearing the other horn. Hope this makes sense
Here in the UK, when working on track, we were taught, depending on the line speed, up 100mph stand four feet away from the line and above that speed 6ft 6ins away. And if you are caught between two trains and unable to reach a 'position of safety', lay down in the 6 foot if there are two running lines and if more lines, either in the 6 or 10 foot and tuck any loose clothing under you. As a trackman, we had to do a Personal Track Safety course and renew it every two years.
What are the most common CSX train symbols that come from your area and head east through Syracuse? There's probably a bunch but I know the Selkirk train is one of them. I live by the Solvay and Dewitt yards in the Syracuse area and also live next to a CSX local track.
No wonder the M204 was motoring along like that...only 47 cars. I could put together a 47-car autorack train out of my own collection. It'd be too long for the house since it's O-Gauge, but I could do it :D
Awesome video, love the train meets where they are passing right beside each other going opposite ways also the ending music to each video is fantastic 👏🏻😊
ChainsawN&W1218, definitely a good reason not to get to close when filming or watching trains, I've seen that on Virtual Rail Fan never when I've filmed, that one boxcar looked liked it was having severe hunting/oscillating shaking, nice Military 🇺🇲train 🚂🛤!
SP boxcar @2:21 obliterated by graffiti...shameful disrespect for our Fallen Flags. Nice catch / "pan shot" of DRGW-SP boxcar duo @4:08. Selkirk trains have it all!! Wow...that drop-deck heavy-haul semi (trailer) just cleared the rail heads @5:35. Thanks WWOT for yet another of your thrilling chases...audio is superb >> air dryer(s) cut(s)-out @ 17:30...you know he's on the throttle now. Tops the little hill @18:10, and away he goes...masterful horn @18:40. Awesome WWOT... 👍👍👏👏
I don't know why people run the crossing lights, when I was a young guy I witnessed a van trying to beat the train they didn't make it,whole family died 😔😢, I never forgotten 💔that accident 😔😢, haunted me ever since.
Also when u get close by a train when its moving you can get sweep by the air and get ran over by ut so you need be careful that all tfreight trai s and passenger train say 30 feet away from the tracks or dont walk on them it could be dangerous and can die or get Seriously injured but anyways nice catches
The short auto rack train I counted 46 auto racks and there is one on there that is huge but just connected to a huge auto rack cars! Am I correct mike!
Been checked out twice by cops out in the country waiting for a train the second time it was lights questions and back up called because of suspicious activity two old guys watching trains. The back up cop was a friend of mine man I had fun with that. Back up cop Kevin you still watching trains I said you know I am man how you doing. He said just doing my thing I said you be careful ok. He said I will buddy. First cop your free to go. That’s after she illegally searched my car.
Plenty of great catches in this one, including a military train. Yeah you never want to get to close because of things like that, u just never know. Nice one WWOT.👍🏼

2:45 Nice Catch of train meet
Great catch of the military train there, Mike! Also cool NS28B BNSF power lash up and chase! Thanks and have a great week.
If you ever worked in a train yard and two trains meet hit the dirt as they go past so quickly it makes you dizzy and wait till they pass
Standard procedure if you are caught in between two moving trains is to sit down this way you don't get dizzy and fall under the wheels.
The train meet is amazing hope you are wearing earmuffs to block out that sweet music,i’way too loud. 7:30 7:30
Denison TeXaS train yard was on Main Street for 100+ years
Amazing how quiet and how loud a train passing can be……
Great train meet!
Thank you very much!

👋 hi 👋 from Dexter,Missouri my friend.
Super amazein video. As alAways.
Have a super amazein 🌉 night.
Be safe on 🛣️roads🛣️
I actually watched this entire video at 1.5 speed, which made the trains go by even faster.
Always glad I stop to watch the trains you show so well. Go Chief's!
Awesome Train meet
Awesome video keep up with a great work and be safe out there.
Always a great video with a train meet. thank you. take care as you said, stay far enough in case of danger.
Awesome catch!
Glad you enjoyed it
How some of these trains don't go flying off of those tracks is beyond me
Great train meet

Excellent train video!!
L❤it!
Nice trains my friend
When a train terminates, does the crew stay in a hotel until a return run is scheduled?
Yes
If its the crews “ away “ terminal, they do and if it’s their home terminal they go home…
Nice Coverage
🎉🌲🇮🇳🌲🎉
I wish your train car would come back. I watch for it all the time.
I know that right all though train meets is great 👍
Hi wide world of trains my birthday is tomorrow and I like the video
You can really see those engines bouncing as they approach
A whole lot of seal barking by M368!
These are pretty good videos
Glad you like them!
I even watch them on my other phone just as well this one which is my old one everytime I watch it it skips
Double stacks 😊
Holy shit 45 center beams on that train
Watched a train last night it had 2 lead engines a DPU in the middle and a DPU on the end I bet it was at least 300 cars long.
WooT. What does the end of train blinking light do? What's its purpose?
I like train videos videos on UA-cam jawtooth 👍
Oui, mon ami. They refer to it as, "The Angle of the Dangle". [WINK]
Is there a auto manufacturer in Louisville KY where M204 was coming from?
2 DPU Alright!!!
5:18 Kenworth W900!!

I love to watch trains wave at engineers caboose guys if there are any left ding 🛎️ ding woooo
Train Meet and DPU Alright
Train meet alright
4:37 is it standing too close?
That military train is probably headed for fort drum
It's always amazing how many tons of freight these trains pull thousands of miles every day, and how necessary they are to our economy!
👍👍
09:42 Trains tracks or a roller coaster ride? 😂
The short auto rack train I counted 46 auto racks and there is one on there that is huge but just connected to a huge auto rack cars! Am I correct mike!
Wow that M368 had a lot of lumber on it. Most from the northwest area.
What is the piece of metal that ride on the springs called, a Bolster?
If it is called a bolster, that is where all the noise comes from when the loads move up and down over bumps or crossings on a railroad bed.
2 Box car on 14M were having the wobble issue problem.
Double video of the Military train. From the car and WOoT, Mike on the other side.
PLEASE, ANYONE WANTING TO BE UNBANNED, YOU NEED TO PROMISE NOT TO GET INTO IT WITH THE MODS! PROMISE!
2 DPU alright

The 204 is an Autorack train. No animals on it. Just cars and trucks etc . Which is the train right after the train meet set of trains.
No. Just vehicles like trucks SUVs etc
Plenty of great catches in this one, including a military train. Yeah you never want to get to close because of things like that, u just never know. Nice one WWOT.👍🏼
Looks like that Highway is all tore up
