@@joyceamatakyi8418he could've had undiagnosed diabetes making him drink lots of water thinking he's staying hydrated. Diabetes can also destroy your kidneys. Could also be from several other causes including the foods on the Ghanaian market. There's a physical cause. I'm not sure if an autopsy was done, but certainly there's a cause. No one can "buy" any disease for anyone. We don't do/get the proper check up needed on a minimum yearly basis, so we think we're doing well until something happens.
I am so sad. Because just this morning My friend and I were talking about him. 😢😢😢it just hit me so hard 😪 🤧 😫 😩

Inasmuch we're spiritual beings, platforms like this shouldn't be promoting such ideology, especially when the people are already dy!ng because of this mentality. The person had a major surgery, first of all. You don't need to be a medical personnel to appreciate this. That alone puts him at risk of anything, including this sad news. One major reason he could have d!ed could be rejection of the organ, or from infection from taking immunosuppressants. Don't be too quick to bring in spirituality, it's already doing us harm. Diseases have physical causes. The fact that your doctor or korle bu can't diagnose or treat doesn't mean it's spiritual. Take them outside the country and the person will be properly diagnosed and most likely treated.
