Great review as always! 2 questions: - How does the denser ankle cushioning feel in plyo movements such as burpees, box jumps, etc? Does it limit heel sleep? - How is its resistance to rainy conditions? Thanks!
Great video as always, just want to give you a suggestion, I think the titles of the videos are very standard so they are not “appealing” I think if you were to use titles more like MKBHD style they would have more impact 😅 just my 2 cents, and really thanks for the info is always valuable when deciding which shoes to buy 🙌🏼
Great work and review as always Joel! These ctx2 are really giving me Rf-1 vibes..... due to the "skate-shoe" look and padding...any similarities on performance? 😅 Thanks!!
I've sized up 10 a 10.5 since i reviewed those so its kind of hard for me to say. I would say since I could get into a 10, those might have been wider.
The market is there for a wide toe box trainer… if the sales of their lifters are any indication then idk why they didn’t do this with their trainers.. rant off
I appreciate how TYR is updating their flagship shoe instead of just releasing different colors like RAD
Always appreciate the reviews!

Im curious to try the 2's. I do not like the 1's at all. Fit weird on my foot and not as comfy. Current favs are RADS & Haze.
It’s hard to say if you’ll like the 2s. They’re marginally wider if at all and a lot more dense feeling than haze or RAD.
To me the shape looks exactly like a metcon 5?
Fit comparison to 235v3? Got those in 12.5, feel kinda narrow

Its reminds me of the nano 7 or 8
Hi, best regards from Spain! How is sizing compared to Savage 1?
You would want to go with the same size, but savage is a bit wider.
@@AMRAP tip top, thanks!
Which one would you recommend between Rad One and Cxt-2?
If you want an easier day to day shoe, get Rad. If you want a better competition shoe that’s more stable, get CXT2.
@@AMRAP thanks a lot sir for comment 🙏 have a nice day

Try the Born Primitive Savage 1. Wide toe box and great so far for me. Have used them for a couple months now.
Is rad ever going to update the rad one?
It’s coming
@@AMRAPis this actually based on reliable info or just a hunch? was just about to buy my first rad one but would hold off if this is true!
@@therealwoonthis is as true as you’re going to get lol
Are they wide toe or do they have wide toe version of them?
Not really, no wide version yet.
So the first video was just wiped?
the file was corrupt so i had to reupload
are the RAD ONE wider than CXT-2?
At its widest part yes, but rads come to more of a point at the front.
@@AMRAP thanks 👌🏼
That insole should not be labeled “anatomically shaped” that jank narrow den a mug. Feet don’t be looking like that
