what a yummy recipe! love it love it!. i put a baking paper on the bottom so its easier to remove. will do this again
It's worth mentioning that you don't need an electric mixing bowl. You can use a hand mixer.
Super great recipe, i made for friends and they are all gone. I cut down on ginger powder though

@@cybersphere who is Lucas? This is the exact Edmonds Cookbook recipe...and its old, this is what I made when I was a kid...so its over 45 years old
@@jellybee68 I have no idea who Lucas is. The author just mentioned his mum as being the one with the recipe. TBH, maybe she just got it from the Edmonds cookbook ;-)
