      So, that would depend on how much you're brewing, and what specific alcohol content you're looking for. In the video description, I give the percentages I use in my grist...I do it that way, so it can be scaled to any size batch and any system. If you're using, say, 10lbs grain total, then .4lb each of Vienna and Wheat malt. I use Beer Tools Pro software for my recipes, so tracking all that is pretty easy. For someone who doesn't use brewing software, you could base the quantity of malt on a comparable ABV beer you like, using its total grain weight, and go from there.
