No maida No Onion No Garlic noodles

  • Ingredients
    Atta 1 cup
    Sooji 1/2 cup
    Salt to taste
    Cabbage
    Carrot
    Capsicum
    Jerawan masala
    Chilly powder
    Tomato ketchup
    Method
    Put dry ingredients in a bowl, add water slowly and knead for 7 mins. Allow dough to rest for 15 mins. Oil mould properly and make noodles directly into boiling water as shown.
    Chop cabbage , carrot and capsicum. Heat oil in a kadai and stir fry vegetables on high flame. Remove and set aside. In the same kadai add oil and grated ginger. When the ginger is fried add noodles, chilly powder, Jerawan masala , tomato ketchup and salt to taste. For variation you can add Schezwan sauce and a little vinegar.
