Q: In general for toy haulers with the queen bed bunk in back; does that bed come down to floor access level, meaning no ladder needed to access?
Flip the bunks/sofa combo down and then bring the queen all the way down.

It depends on the toy hauler. MOST of them have the sofas below the bed. In those models there are little stop plates in the power lift mechanism that will hold the bed halfway down. The lower sofas can be a bed, so this allows for double stacked bunk beds essentially.
The plates can be removed with a simple screwdriver if preferred, however.

We're several years out from going full time and want '2 bedrooms', half bath and washer/dryer...
A toy hauler could be that second bedroom and be garage for golf cart.
I just will not want to climb a ladder to bed or make it every day, but still have access to the porch.

Would it be possible to put a hot tub in the garage empty, then fill it up when you get to your destination and power it up? Or would the weight be too much?
Crazy question! lol, but I like the way you think!
I'm not familiar with hot tub sizing, but you could get about 350gal or so of water in the tub when you get there. The concern I have is making sure you keep the water contained and you keep the area properly ventilated. You do not want even that level of water vapor collecting in the RV
Im looking at the Fuzion TH 424 or429 and the Momentum 399TH. In your opinion, what one is the better value?

What is the inside Width of the garage. Can you place two Full size Atvs side by side 48" each.
100" body - 2" for walls - right on the button. If you can dove-tail the tires you'd be good.

So there's no provision for a table between couches in the garage? I don't see any holes in the floor for table legs.
Free floating table. It can be used between the benches, on the patio, anywhere. Far more flexible than fixed tables. You can easily scoot a floating table to pass from the patio thru the garage vs. fixed poles which aren't really friendly that way.

Would need to do some measuring to verify since it's not a standard factory option. Looks like it might be possible though
Will a mini Cooper ride safely in the garage? Great video.
You're really approaching the max weight limit of the garage, but in theory you're within specs - barely. Where you're going to have to be careful is loading angles. A mini cooper can't even clear a raccoon on the road (Watched a friend smash her front end on one *lol*). Making the transition from the road to ramp and ramp to garage is going to be sketchy.
@@JoshtheRVNerd funny thing is I was gonna ask somewhere along the same question , about something in that weight range like even a fiat 500, lol. it wouldn't leave much room for anything else, but there wouldn't be much else in the unit while its moving.

They can, but you may want to supplement with something like an electric heater. The floor is insulated, but not to the degree the living room floor is insulated (nor can it be due to coding reasons). The rear ramp door is also built for strength -- not insulation.
