2014 was when i first got into wrestling, but i honestly switched to Impact due to how mid that year was. Didn't get back into WWE until 2016 Smackdown was popping off.
AJ Lee deserved a much, much better women's division than the one she had to work with. But, on the plus side, I don't think the women's division would be what it is today without her at that time
I think that Aj losing to Nikki off the kiss, was supposed too be a reference to not only Daniel Bryan but Aj Lee’s bad luck at the worst timing. Happened again with her, being left at the alter. And the Paige debut the night after mania. Not to mention her doing the honors, after Aj’ pipebomb on the Bella’s and most the divas locker room at the time.
I actually think the fact that Brock vs. Undertaker "was historic" actually makes it even worse. It should be number one on this list. The Undertaker's legendary Streak brought to a totally unnecessary end at the hands of someone who didn't need it in a match that was utter crap. Garbage.
I remember this year for many things and one of them was Batista returning as someone who watch WWE back in mid-2007 that Batista was one of my favorite wrestlers and when I watch the Royal Rumble on DVD I never know why people was booing (which it took me till 2018 to know wrestling is script and to know what was criticize in WWE and I have to be 20 years old to realize it. I blame my disability for that)
10. I love this match. Except brock being the one to end. 1.this I blame on the fans. Wyatt bray was good. Card rest was=boring. Cena orton. Good god. Fans ruined the rumble
Taker Vs Brock Lesnar being there is utter nonsense. The match wasn't a classic by any means, and definitely was their weakest ever bout. The sheer spectacle of the streak ending automatically elevates it.
Nah, no rivalry involving Layla could be one of the worst of the year, because it gave us more opportunities to bask in the glory of Layla's booty (okay, Piggy James was the exception because of how distasteful it was).
I totally disagree about the Rumble. Yeah, they got the winner wrong, but besides that it was a very entertaining Rumble. Definitely doesn't deserve to be number 1.
Bray has had awful matches & awful things in the biggest matches of his career, he is not blameless either imo. Also 2014 Rumble wasn't that bad? Predictable maybe, but Batista was pretty full time when he came back and is a legend.
I'm upset now I didn't know Naomi was supposed to have a big title match that early in her career now I do wonder what she would look like now I mean she's really athletic and has some really awesome moves in her arsenal, but she would probably be a legit contender and maybe even the women of the division.
I’m gonna be quiet honest in 2014 as a young person watching wwe Daniel Bryan isn’t what pissed me off about the rumble it was how cm punk was eliminated.
@TheCalamariPlays that's totally valid, like I said I don't mean to hate, I like a lot of stuff from back then too. That said though, I think we're in the best spot now that we've been in forever
I turned off Wrestlemania after Taker lost and havent turned WWE back on in 8 years. That was the last thing in the company that held any interest and they killed it. As easy as it was to stop cold turkey says something in itself.
I couldn't stop laughing at Cameron yelling at the referee to count out Naomi and he yellled "count what"
Even Eva Marie of all people knows that's not how to pin someone.
I'm surprised people don't talk about that moment more, it's plain bizarre, but oddly funny.
I mean honestly, from 2014 back, you can mostly just randomly select any 10 "Divas" matches and call it a list.

Summer Rae gets a hard time, but I'll never down her. As a mouthpiece she was great, and she had a great NXT run with Sasha and Charlotte in BFF.
She wasn't bad, had a role they could have used here, but the mindset at the time was flipping terrible...then the shit with McIntyre happened.
@@Yunglex313 What happened with McIntyre?
She was in the wrong era. Probably made a hayday in Attitude or RA era.
I loved that Becky's debut was announced on the night as "Summer Rae in ring appearance"

Didn't she leave Daniel at the altar cause she was named Raw GM?

I personally feel like the streak should of never ended... also him losing again at mania was a soft move too
Zack and stairs joke broke me
You forgot Ambrose vs Wyatt at TLC 2014
That TV exploded in Ambrose's face, enough for Wyatt to win.
That was bad luck on Dean
@@vanessastegall Indeed it was
I mean, the match was really good before that point, which is probably why it didn't make this list.
@@yedffgd Ended with a botch, even Moxley mentioned this in an interview that he hated this match.
No offense but don't act like it's the first time a botched ending occurred in one of his matches.
I actually enjoyed watching Darren Young wrestle and love Titus O’Neil for his charity work.
Her entrance theme slapped too.
Did you just say Nikki couldn't wrestle that well? Jeez.
Nikki had improved drastically by this point…. If anything she was doing some of best work of her entire career in 2014
My friend died in 2014. It was the worst year I lived through.
I know I'm late, but I still offer my deepest condolences 🙏
Is there a list with the best matches down the years if not please make some
The only person that should've broke the streak was Roman, and that should've started his heel turn
it shouldn't been a star not in the championship scramble.
it should've pushed a mid carder
John Cena vs Brock Lesner at Summerslam August 17, 2014! That was bonkers and tough to watch live.
10. I love this match. Except brock being the one to end.
1.this I blame on the fans. Wyatt bray was good. Card rest was=boring. Cena orton. Good god. Fans ruined the rumble
WWE didn’t need the fans help ruining the rumble.

Nice video Cultaholic
You should do a "State of the WWE's Women's Division Address" to recap every year they didn't perform to your standards!
Nah, no rivalry involving Layla could be one of the worst of the year, because it gave us more opportunities to bask in the glory of Layla's booty (okay, Piggy James was the exception because of how distasteful it was).
That thumbnail 👌
The cameron split pin debacle is iconic and hilarious and I don't care what anyone says😂
Summer may be bad in the ring. 😂 But she's a really entertaining talker even when the scripts are pretty awful.
Bad in the ring
For Me WWE Ended The Good Wrestling and Storyline In 2008 to 2009
Can't wait for the worst matches of 1993
I totally disagree about the Rumble. Yeah, they got the winner wrong, but besides that it was a very entertaining Rumble. Definitely doesn't deserve to be number 1.
I bet a tag team Stairs match would be great with high flyers.
Technically you could say Vince made 3MB to make new stars
Taker should have retired with The Streak intact it was organically created and should have been left alone
3:48, In the Words of Hot Chocolate, "It Started with a Kiss".
Bray has had awful matches & awful things in the biggest matches of his career, he is not blameless either imo.

Bo Dallas vs Mark Henry is an honorable mention
I’m gonna be quiet honest in 2014 as a young person watching wwe Daniel Bryan isn’t what pissed me off about the rumble it was how cm punk was eliminated.
Ugh the women were really suffering in this era.
Man, I had completely forgotten about Summer Rae and her gigantic forehead
If you think The Bella Twins 2014 feud was bad, why didn’t you put their HIAC match on this list?!
Summer may not be no Trish Stratus but she’s actually pretty good on the mic
The Highlight of the 2014 Royal Rumble Match was JBL'S Cameo that was awesome the rest of the Match sucked.
Roman was getting cheered, if you're deaf.
Wasn't Bryan legitimately hurt at the time, and it was a stretch for him to even be wrestling Bray Wyatt in the undercard anyway?
the undertakers wrestelamaina streak never should have ended,it was the wrong decision to do so.
For as abysmal as the Bella Twins stuff was in 2014, I will say Nikki was actually not that bad in the ring by that point.
Nikki has never and will be good in the ring.

These are fun!
Had to turn it off after #10. Sorry Adam.
🔥🔥
Damn I’m early
Bootista The Weiner of the Royal Rumble Enough said 🤨
It might be nostalgia but 2012 to the beginning of 2016 were gold years for WWE for me. It just hasn't been the same since
It's definitely nostalgia lol, I don't mean to hate but it's pretty widely regarded that we're in a better spot now
2011 was just better all together in my opinion but I don't know if a single year can be counted other wise 2011 was just perfection in my eyes XD
@TheCalamariPlays that's totally valid, like I said I don't mean to hate, I like a lot of stuff from back then too. That said though, I think we're in the best spot now that we've been in forever

What's next, the 2013 Royal rumble march was your pick for WWE's worst match of 2013? To score a hat trick?
Adam, "Double Whameron" was right there and you go for "Double Cammy"? Damn :(
the bellas were horrible wrestlers
Yo
At least this channel admits that the Bella twins are overrated
They're underrated
@@jamondross8717 nah, overrated. If they were underrated then they wouldn’t have as much of a spotlight as they do…
Naw Nikki Bella was hella good
Early!
I can't wait for 2013 list the only match I can think of is kane vs bray wyatt should be on that list
omg do you guys remember Cameron? because i prefer to not
I do. I think she was good with her character work, but she truly needed time in development that she never had. The potential was there
Hmm... lots of Divas matches in this list. Gee, I wonder why?

Why is my babe in the thumbnail
Brock didn't want to break the streak
