I suggest you if you visit south of albania make sure to go a place called Bujtina Mbi Kanion (Guesthouse on top of the Canyon ) i am pretty sure you will like it and the view is stunning 😃

Just got hooked on your journey vlog, and I admit I subscribed bc I *will* be quoting how you say, “MmHmm!” when trying the tastiest cuisine! I may never get to visit these places, but I am so grateful for how you share so well. The video sincerity and quality quite nearly transport your viewers here to wherever you go. We cannot take notes fast enough, and only save everything and follow everyone. I even felt the gratitude of those you visited as you highlight and market their offerings better than any commercial they’d want. Albania is scorching in summer. It has been 34 degree even these days of September, and especially this area where David has been, it is one of the worst in Albania when it comes to heat. Usually the temp.here hits at least 2-3 degrees higher than somewhere closer to the seaside or mountains.
True. Nothing comes closer to Albanian food. Other countries can use more complicated recipes, but they lack the most important thing - the fresh and delicious super organic ingredients. In Albania only one salad tomatoes it brings you to heaven with its taste. I buy organic tomatoes in London on purpose, but they don't taste the same, they look too perfect to be organic ones. Albanian tomatoes have funny shapes. Not a single one looks like the other. DIFFERENT AND FUNNY SHAPES is the definition of PURE ORGANIC. They grow wild on their own.
Liljana Sufaj That is so true what you said, when I first moved to Sydney and I experienced the different cuisines and would see those complicated recipes and tons of spices and herbs used in recipes I always thought what’s the point of it, like that you only taste the spices and herbs and lose the taste of vegetables. Nothing in here where I live at least taste same as it did in Albania. All I see overpriced produce with no taste. Miss Albanian produce so much!
:D It was an orange David! Just that the oranges, lemons and mandarins are ripe in winter. Now it's too soon. So now you can only find them green. The bio ones of course :)
I remember drinking rakia in the Balkans. My first time having it, is like the smell of gasoline ! I dunno if i had the cheap stuff or what. That’s stuff is strong and had a great time😊👍🏻 drink up!

He's very serious farmer guy and we say in Macedonia(we are neighbours) domakjin(house man), not house wife, but house man, person who takes good care about his family, property work and living in global, he looks like very honest and good man, yes he's little bit funny i understand you, but he's man on his place as we say here, his family, Lady wife and beautiful daughter looks very perfectly, this is real common quality family everything on it's place!
