Think the Punggol Nasi Lemak only open in the late afternoon/evening. At the same coffee shop, the Fish Soup not bad. It used to be at the coffee shop opposite the road, where there is a dim sum stall " 一点心". The traditional bread (in your other video), also had moved to the same coffee shop. Near the drink stall.
