What I do not understand is why there is so much build up, and promotion by Space agencies, Travel groups, and others for a 3-4 minute experience. One can watch online from home. Threat levels in the U.S. are all time high according to our FBI/DHS and I would think it's best for people to stay home. Sure tourism will bring some revenues. How would you like to take 12 hours to travel just 150 miles home? That was Oregon to Seattle after the eclipse was over in a sparsely populated part of the country. It was sit and move a few inches and repeat, all exiting roads clogged. No traffic before the eclipse.
We drove from Wisconsin to Wyoming it was packed. Finding lodging was not easy either. This time we will do the same and wait for weather and then decide weather it will be from Wisconsin to ?????!
Look into the New Madrid fault line. Consider the span of the fault line and then look up what happened on that fault line in 1811/12. Then, if you examine the weather charts/maps of the past year to consider the strength of storm energy focused over the states that have the NM fault line running through it. The strength of storm energy is increased dramatically throughout that portion of southeast USA. Not sure if this event is cyclical depending on the type of eclipse and planetary alignment; to include the presence of a comet on the same day. This seems to be a big development and the past several years a time of immense, quiet and calculated preparation for next month. I am in Nashville, Tennessee, but I can appreciate your preparation for added crowds and concern for safety. What I do not understand is why there is so much build up, and promotion by Space agencies, Travel groups, and others for a 3-4 minute experience. One can watch online from home. Threat levels in the U.S. are all time high according to our FBI/DHS and I would think it's best for people to stay home. Sure tourism will bring some revenues. Also, I think most of America is not seeing the potential Biblical significance of this, now the 3rd in a series eclipses across America patterns forming a.) two Hebrew letters, and a very obvious b.) 'X' across America; the center of which is at the New Madrid Fault Lines. Does 'X' mark the spot, meaning impending judgement of God on our Nation ? I can't say for sure. Many laugh at that possibility. But viewed in light of Bible prophecy, and the state of the world right now; it's a very real possible 'sign' from God for us to change, repent. The Bible clearly tells us that God will use the sun, moon, and stars for 'signs' to people throughout the centuries. So I do not believe anything catastrophic will come upon America during the eclipse. Because, if it is a warning from God; in His mercy, He will give us time to change our direction. Secondly, there is also a comet referred to as the 'Devil Comet', possibly visible that same day(April 8), It was discovered in 1812; the same year that a catastrophic earth quake hit the New Madrid fault line (along the Mississippi River), and also the year America was at war. Is that a coincidence ? I don't know. I say all this not to spread fear, but urge people to put their faith and trust in Jesus as their Savior. That's the safe spot today and for eternity. While it is still called 'today', please turn to Him. He loves you. We drove from Wisconsin to Wyoming it was packed. Finding lodging was not easy either. This time we will do the same and wait for weather and then decide weather it will be from Wisconsin to ?????!
Look into the New Madrid fault line. Consider the span of the fault line and then look up what happened on that fault line in 1811/12. Then, if you examine the weather charts/maps of the past year to consider the strength of storm energy focused over the states that have the NM fault line running through it. The strength of storm energy is increased dramatically throughout that portion of southeast USA. Not sure if this event is cyclical depending on the type of eclipse and planetary alignment; to include the presence of a comet on the same day. This seems to be a big development and the past several years a time of immense, quiet and calculated preparation for next month. I’m praying for our West Coast and our Southeast specifically; but really the whole nation. If it turns out to be nothing and I’m absolutely wrong; then I’m grateful! Either way, Holy Father God the world needs your help to make it through whatever kinds of changes taking place right now and soon to come; hoping we as a people turn our face back to You and thanking you for hearing our prayers.
I do not recollect any of this in 2017 either. What I do remember was the freaky flash flood experienced a few short minutes after. We reside in the totality path of the last one.

I live here in Arkansas Ozarks, the eclipse is going over our country home. This is completely crazy, bikes blues and barbecue is here , 1000s of motorcycle riders show up and never seen such. Also the university here is Arkansas razorback and you never see this and the sports draw in all kinds of people. This is so unusual.
