Thanks for posting this! I'm more of an acoustic guitarist, but I'm grateful to be alive to play ANY instrument after a brain aneurism almost killed me! I was in a coma for 4 weeks, and my mom called both of my brothers to tell them to get down to CA if they wanted to say 'goodbye' to me before I die. There was a chance I wasn't even going to wake up. Obviously, I DID wake up, but I will always be quoted for what I said when doctors at UCLA Medical Center DID manage to revive me. They asked if I recognized the woman at my bedside, weeping tears of joy, my wife of 17 years, I said, "I'm not sure who she is, but I think I like her a lot." (Of course, I had to be TOLD I said this, because I don't recall SAYING this!!!) A very well done lesson there Desi. The other day I was listening to your Major & Minor Seven Chord Extensions on my iTouch while walking in a Fort Walton Beach Park. You know, the more of this theory I internalize the smarter you sound. :) Great job Desi.
Hey I really like this video. It would help me a lot if you would do more lessons on more Lincoln Brewster solo's. The solo's that I really want to learn have no tabs or at least I haven't found any yet. Please, could do more solos from him?

Hey, I was trying to learn the solo to a Third Day song called Thief, and the solo is only on the live version, which is on UA-cam. I learned some of it by ear, but I was wondering if you could do a video lesson on because I really want it to sound accurate.
A helpful link to look at is / watch?v = T3nQaWe2eC4 . It's Lincoln doing all of the solos himself. There is a part two as well. For more detailed information about what he covers in each video, look at his website's shop where he sells the DVDs.
Although I love Lincoln Brewster, this is the dumbest solo I have ever had to learn.
