I just saw a video where a truck door exploded open, apparently injuring the driver's head and possibly hand. The commenters said it was either from a pressurized gas, nitrogen to stop ripening or ethylene oxide to promote ripening, or just a pressure difference from being loaded at low elevation and opened at high elevation. It looked pretty dangerous and any of those stories seem possible. Are any of these real risks?

Bars or straps to stop the load falling onto the driver . Also bars could stop the load shifting back through trailer doors
