Let's get real...with kids, every morning is a little different, but we tried to show you what a typical day looks like. Today was a special day because it was George's first day of "at home" preschool" . Oh yeah....I also show how I braid my hair! Have a great day guys!

I love putting allll the dishes on counter top too.. it just makes more sense to me, it seems better than going to dishwasher over and over and over and over again.
I've been following you guys for like 3-4 years now and this is the first time I've seen this video. You all look like babies!! Not just James. You guys should do more of these kind of videos. I love them all but your structure videos are great bc we really get an idea of what your life is like. Love you all! Hope you guys have an easy day and George isn't "grumpy".

For the dish washer. I unload the bottom drawer and then load the bottom dishes and the unload the top then load the top.

I recently stopped taking dishes in and out of the dishwasher. My 7 year old does it now.... of course anything he cant reach or put away he just leaves them on the table and I handle. Its so nice!!
If you cut your Apple and half the other way instead of cutting straight down you cut from side to side it creates a star! Which is super fun for stamping.
I do it that way too! I just like to get everything out the dishwasher at one time.
My dishes are always still wet when they come out so I do the same as you Ashley! I just put mine on a drying mat while I load the dishwasher
I do the dishwasher/kitchen exactly the same way. I hate hate hate dirty dishes in the sink and my older kids and hubby always just toss them in both (double sink) sides. I usually do the kitchen in the morning too. With 5 boys I’m usually exhausted by the time dinner is served and I just want to veg out or snuggle my littles.
I totally do my dishes the same way. Guess we are both crazy. You guys are the sweetest family.

I TAKE THE DISHES OUT THE DISH WASHER THE EXACT SAME WAY! and my husband thinks I’m crazy and making it more difficult but I find it easier
I do my dishes the same way! While my son naps, is when I get a chance to clean! During his nap my kitchen is my main goal, I put the dishes on the counter so I don’t make loud noise to wake him up!
Amazon has an awesome strawberry slicer to go with your grape cutter. Works great. As well as a watermelon slicer. Kids are adorable as always.
My dishwashing habits are a little different but i see why you do it that way! I take everything out and organize it by section and then take the sections (ex, a stack of plates, or a group of cups) and put them away and do that until they’re all put away and then reload the dishwasher. Also congrats on your first day of home preschool George!! 😌
I take the pans and pots out and set them on the counter but I put the plates and cups up as I get them out in stacks.
I put away as I take out of the dishwasher . Have you thought about putting some of the children's artwork in frames and putting them downstairs in their play room ?I did this to my children's artwork . Would love to see some more routine videos please ..Love you guys x

We load dirty dishes all day, kitchen cleaned after dinner, start it before bed, empty dishwasher first thing in the morning while coffee is brewing. Never any dirty dishes in the sink.

My mom empties the dishwasher that way and I’m pretty sure my dad feels like Dallin Lol and I have to agree I don’t understand doing it that way you are making more work for yourself by adding the extra step.. but whatever floats your boat!! Lol

ASHLEY I DO DISHES THE SAME WAY!! And whatever doesn’t fit in the dishwasher I will hand wash and set on the counter with the rest of the clean stuff. Sometimes it takes me 2 days to actually put everything away lol.

We have limited space on our counters for dirty and clean dishes to sit without touching and getting mixed up. I normally put away all the clean dishes from the bottom rack then I put in dirty dishes in the empty bottom rack, and do the same with the top. I know it sounds gross to handle clean dishes after handling dirty ones. I asure you no cross contamination is happening because I wear a glove to handle dirty dishes but one glove off and one on. I work in the medical field so I had to learn to multitask. I apply that to my house cleaning routine.

If you get celery you can cut it at an angle, paint it and stamp flowers. I’m meaning the entire bunch of celery not individual pieces.

I don’t have a dishwasher at the moment but usually I would put them away straight away and then load up the dishwasher with the dirty things, otherwise I wash them and let them drip dry then put them away. I hate doing dishes as well, the less I do with them the better 😄

We don't have much counter/sink space so we just load throughout the day and then put everything away in the mornings. Congrats on 100,00 by the way!!!

I loved the morning routine! So cute and sweet! My son has a learning disability (he is 8 going into 3rd grade) and he absolutely hates to sit down and read, write, color. They are giving him an IEP which is like learning aid teachers throughout his day this coming year which I’m really excited about! I just wish there were some way to get him interested in learning at home with me so I can help him farther along with school!! Any ideas??? It makes me so sad to see him struggle and get so frustrated! :(
