- This is a taste test/review of the new Smuckers Uncrustables Chocolate Flavored Hazelnut sandwich. These were $2.99 at Meijer. Each sandwich is 200 calories and there are 4 sandwiches in each box.

I like placing the whole pack in the freezer, and when I know I’ll have some this week, I place a few in the fridge instead. You only need to wait 5 minutes to thaw once you grab them from the fridge

These were $2.92 at my Wal-Mart. I picked up a box today just because of your review! I also got a box of the honey and peanut butter uncrustables.. I can't wait to try them!!! :)

YES! You would love this! They still don't have them in our town so we have to go to the next town over. My point is, check a bigger Walmart if the one near you does not have it ;)

I love the frozen Pbj uncrustables! Sometimes I'll let them get 80 % thawed and then "grilled" cheese it! Very GOOD! :)

You should eat them let them out for like 10 mins so the bread is soft and the chocolate is hard
$5.99 in Canada in 2023. Delicious though! Wasn't expected anything and it's like nutella between 2 slices of bread. (Bought for the kids and ended up eating 1 loool) Perfect for snack time! (I believe it does contain peanuts though so won't work for school, sadly)

I like the Hazelnut one the best.
But it is really appropriate for a balanced meal? With only four grams of protein and no vitamins, I don't think I'd want my kid taking that to school for lunch. I felt that way about the recent review Kevin did on a fruit smoothie. It's more of a snack, which is fine, but I think it's being marketed as a quick lunch to pack for school-- but then again, I don't think "lunchables" are a good option either.
I agree, the fruit smoothie is a good snack, not a meal. I think these would be a great Friday lunch. It would give kids something to look forward to all week. On Friday they get a "special" lunch of one of these sandwiches or a Lunchable. That way, no food is forbidden. That is just me though.
Tami Dunn I completely agree!! My mom used to do a special Friday lunch for my siblings and I with more treats, and we always looked forward to our "Fun Friday" lunch. Everything in moderation :-)
Hayley Gold I agree with you about this product and a balanced meal. I would probably send it as a Friday dessert with a balanced lunch. I wouldn't want to send it as just the lunch alone but everyone does lunches differently. :)
I'm pretty sure that the Dunns eat different food for real, than they do for UA-cam reviews.
