Should we invest in a company whose product's prices are rising? Like recently I when I was doing paper trading I invested in oil based companies like ONGC and IOC because petrol prices are rising and it really worked I earned a profit of 9% that was almost 27k by investing 300k But the question is, does this works always or there are a few rules if someone can tell me it would be a great help...

People'say Elon Musk is a genius god and shit ..I am always of the mind that yes he is smart doing good for the human growth..but he is more of a genius in physiology and marketing than he is in tech and engineering ..he uses heard mentality and croud stamped to gain more money or say value for his companys than ther actual value , yes in one argument it's important to do that if you want to have rapid and big changes you need more capital and for that capital you need to do something that brings more money/demand than expected Example:- Tesla is worth 600 billion at one point and 200billion at another (some what near about) but ford and Toyota are worth around 45-60 billion now in reality ford and Toyota and Volkswagen have more profits tey sell more cars than Tesla but just because people ( croud) got in to a stamped over tesla stockks because Elon tricked them through believing in the dream and also people overwhelmed by their egos and greed , Elon through his marketing was able to generate so much of the over pricing of tesla taht if people realise (which is hard to till time comes ) the tesla prices will fall to mear 40 bill and thats it's true value This is what happend in GameStop
for all those who are overexcited , more than 90 percent traders loose money. Only serious people who can devote full time analysing the patterns of the stocks should consider this option. Technical analysis works only due to fact that people are impatient and have herd mentality and there is no underlying logic as such. For normal person i strictly advise them to stay away from this being a budding finance guy. Seriously if anybody is thinking that by taking a 20 hour classes then you are just another irrational fool who are going to loose money like 90 percent of people does. A good amount of 40 to 50 books and testing the hypothesis on the simulator and then developing your own strategies and then starategising to avoid risk of huge losses. In nutshell i want to say make your choices rationally not because of some so called youtuber who has started finance channel just because finance channel offers better revenue per veiw. Warren buffett and rakesh jhunjhunwala are not traders and less than 1 percent traders earns handsome amounts. it is more relevant for fund managers who wants to hedge the losses in short term due to irrational behaviour of the market.

lets say u wanna invest long term but have no idea on the buisness aspect of a stock or cant make sense of it to do a fundamental analysis, so cant a technical analysis be done for something that's long term like how do u go about it ??? also my second question is that u guys have explicitly told to avoid herd mentality rt but then technical analysis of a stock kinda depends on how many people buy it or whats the demand it has to it and thats something thats formed by herd mentality.That means the price of the stock has to go up in this case rt because lot of people are investing in it, which also means the technical analysis of this stock would be good, so in this case do u invest in a stock thats doin good through technical analysis or not. As in whats the right way to use technical analysis to invest in a stock???? YOUR ANSWER WOULD REALLY HELP ME A LOT TANMAY ALSO BIG FAN AND LOTS OF LOVE FROM HYDERABAD

Should we invest in a company whose product's prices are rising? Like recently I when I was doing paper trading I invested in oil based companies like ONGC and IOC because petrol prices are rising and it really worked I earned a profit of 9% that was almost 27k by investing 300k But the question is, does this works always or there are a few rules if someone can tell me it would be a great help...

People'say Elon Musk is a genius god and shit ..I am always of the mind that yes he is smart doing good for the human growth..but he is more of a genius in physiology and marketing than he is in tech and engineering ..he uses heard mentality and croud stamped to gain more money or say value for his companys than ther actual value , yes in one argument it's important to do that if you want to have rapid and big changes you need more capital and for that capital you need to do something that brings more money/demand than expected
Example:- Tesla is worth 600 billion at one point and 200billion at another (some what near about) but ford and Toyota are worth around 45-60 billion now in reality ford and Toyota and Volkswagen have more profits tey sell more cars than Tesla but just because people ( croud) got in to a stamped over tesla stockks because Elon tricked them through believing in the dream and also people overwhelmed by their egos and greed , Elon through his marketing was able to generate so much of the over pricing of tesla taht if people realise (which is hard to till time comes ) the tesla prices will fall to mear 40 bill and thats it's true value

for all those who are overexcited , more than 90 percent traders loose money. Only serious people who can devote full time analysing the patterns of the stocks should consider this option. Technical analysis works only due to fact that people are impatient and have herd mentality and there is no underlying logic as such. For normal person i strictly advise them to stay away from this being a budding finance guy. Seriously if anybody is thinking that by taking a 20 hour classes then you are just another irrational fool who are going to loose money like 90 percent of people does. A good amount of 40 to 50 books and testing the hypothesis on the simulator and then developing your own strategies and then starategising to avoid risk of huge losses. In nutshell i want to say make your choices rationally not because of some so called youtuber who has started finance channel just because finance channel offers better revenue per veiw. Warren buffett and rakesh jhunjhunwala are not traders and less than 1 percent traders earns handsome amounts. it is more relevant for fund managers who wants to hedge the losses in short term due to irrational behaviour of the market.
