Nissan definitely stepped up their game (it took them way too long) but I like the Yukons design much more exterior and interior wise. Plus GM kept the v8 Also bembli, you're missing the "y" in why
...as much of a V8 guy as iam and as disappointed the Nissan doesn't have one...i would rather the Nissan v6 than the GM V8 which will be preparing for its eventual detonation right out of the dealership when the Active Fuel management crap grenades the engine and turns the truck to scrap in a few thousand miles....and the diesel eats its oil pump belt that soaks in hot sooty oil and breaks down
The funny thing about you *gm* trolls who try to use fear mongering tactics to scare people away from their V8s and into these 6 cylinders by the Japanese that are exploding in these massive trucks is the Nissan’s V6 doesn’t show any signs of being more reliable than the naturally aspirated 5.3, 6.2, nor their new inline 6 cylinder diesel.
Please I hope Nissian doesnt Price this Trim at 80,000 , it a no brainer to go with Yukon , more bang for your buck . However , Nissian Leasing Deal is only Pro to buy this over the GMC. I would chose the Armada over the Yukon but if it the same price then Yukon is the way
My dad has owned the sister to the Yukon, the Tahoe/Suburban. He’s had 3. The first one went over 500K miles. The second one went over 400K. His current one is at 300K. I’d say they’re pretty reliable.
What rock have you been living under? Nissans are trusted all over the world, especially the Patrols. American car brands on the other hand, are not trusted nor used all over the world.
@@fanovaohsmuts sounds like each one went 100k less miles than the previous. Their reliability has the reputation it does for a reason. See also: consumer reports, Edmund’s, car & driver, etc. Making the exception the rule is never a good idea. I will grant you that both of these vehicles are designed well and are really nice to look at…….
That light bar ruined the rear end on the Armada in my opinion. The way it sits in that black panel makes it look cheap. Its completely unnecessary and takes away from whatever “Armada-ness” it has in its design. Overall the GMC looks much better inside and out. I don’t like all the screens either, but I prefer the vertical orientation than the widescreen dash situation.
I like the GMC exterior and the Nissan interior. I preferred the 2024 GMC Denali's interior more with its integrated screen. I don't like the new Apple like screen, it looks like an afterthought.
This Nissan will not compete head to head with a GMC. It will struggle to compete with the new Chevrolet Tahoe as it is which it’ll hopefully be priced more in line with because if the Armada’s priced anywhere near the Yukon it’d be a no brainer and not in Nissan’s favor imo.
American made 6 cylinder twin turbo diesel vs Japanese made 6 cyclinder twin turbo known for reliability and performance for less $? Armada is the winner. However if you need a bigger version, then Yukon XL AT4 it is.
I would not get a GM. It may look fancy with a V8. But there engines burn oil and not to mention there 10 speed Allison inspired transmission is a total garbage. 80k for a truck with poor reliability.. no thank you.. but hey atleast it looks good so why not buy it eyy?
Armada is the winner to me. Exterior, interior and VR engine - powered. Yeah I’d lake the Nissan.
I'll go with the ARMADA. interior and exterior.
I actually like the Nissan's styling better inside and out.
Had Nissan put this much effort into the Titan, it would be flying off the lots
New titan coming colab with Mitsubishi … also we getting e force finally… Nissan woke up finally ..
@@iconmovement9481when and where can we see this new Announcement?
Hey....the tailights on the Armada are actually inspired from the tailights of the y61 Patrol generation....

New Armada Interior >>> Old Armada Interior. Old Armada Exterior > New Armada Exterior. In my humble opinion.
Very disrespectful comparing Nissan Armada born out of Nissan Patrol, a legendary off roader, to Yukon.
Umm might want to google patrol… patrol is the real legend .. visit the Middle East and you will take that back
the Yukon is actually a more affordable Escalade
Armada all day.
No apple carplay = no buy. So the Nissan for me.
The Yukon actually does have apple CarPlay
Only electric GM products have lost CarPlay and Android Auto for now, so both 2025 Yukon and Tahoe/Suburban still have wireless AA/CarPlay.
Grow up
Nissan should still offer the V8 along with the V6 TT.
They can't. I'm tired of explaining.
@@nullravagerthat usually means they aren’t paying you enough.
@G-Rated I wish I was paid. They don't allow any kind of work, even part timing for foreigners under 18 here in Saudi Arabia.

5:51 dang, 84,000 lbs. that is impressive
Lol
Earthmover! 💪🏼 🌎
I believe it. That thing is a beast.
I heard that lol
ProX no doubt
That Nissan is sick ❤❤❤
So sick they stole gmc designs

Both manufacturers have absolutely stellar reputations when it comes to reliabi……..whoops. Never mind.
Unlike your altima, they never go wrong with nissan patrols. Since they are specifically manufactured in Japan..
@@cottongenniJapanese quality and dedicated person who built the Nissan Patrol are the best!!!

How the prox4. Dominates the Yukon
I guess you missed the part that this is a Nissan Patrol…it will sell based off its global reputation
I just don’t trust GM quality and reliability.
GMC for me …. A basic Denali is enough for the basic person
It’s knee-san

real question is who is buying these 100k+ trucks. Generational debt
I was thinking the same thing.
Yukon can tow 84,000 pounds!!?? Seems excessive, but Yukon for me

Big failure with GM vehicles is they don't have headrest in middle seats. So technically they are six seater and Armada is 8 seater.
Both suck
GMC is ugly
La armada es mejor cuando las americanos fallan es un dolor de cabeza ja ja ja 👎👎👎🤣🤣🤣
Why is GMC putting work truck black grills on their high end trucks? Are they too cheap for real chrome?
