I want suggest some thing on my experience last days. Manigaon check post remains open up to 3.30 pm we crossed by taxi with out any problem. If you travelling solo or double person through helicopter from Neelgarth helipad don’t book return tickets. That will cost you too much 1. Helicopter tickets 2nd at neelgarth helipad taxi oparator charge you full up to 3500 for return at Shrinagar very less chance for shared taxi. There no other public transport available if any that not noticed.
It is much better take horse riding from Gufa to Baltal it will time saving and cost saving. There are lots of transport facilities government/private
