The Nikolsburg Rebbe, Rabbi Mordechai Jungreis, is kibbitzing with the men and boys around him. This demonstrates humility, but also notice all the smiles. The Rabbi is entertaining his people as he builds up to sing an inspiring song. He is also showing deference to an elder of the congregation. "There's no fundraising here, no appeals, no bar-b-cue ..." The Rebbe is comfortable moving from Yiddish to English as a master of showmanship for a holy purpose. "Feeling comfortable here."
The synagogue, the Woodbourne Shul, in Woodburne, NY, led by His Holiness, Grand Rabbi Mordechai Jungreis, Nikolsburg Rebbe. He was descended from Grand Rabbi Shmuel Shmelke Horowitz (1726-1778), a student of the second generation of the Hasidic Way. Rebbe Shmuel Shmelke spent the last several years of his life as Chief Rabbi of Nikolsburg, Moravia (Mikulov in today's Czech Republic along the border with Austria). Today there are several collateral lines of Nikolsburg Rebbes. Apparently the title, "Bobov Satmer Chabad," refers to different affiliations who come together to pray and study in the shul.
The words to the song are, "Give thought to trust (bitachon) only in the Creator, then all will be fine." Otherwise, the sound quality isn't so good. The the Rebbe leads the congregation for Ma'ariv, the evening prayer.
Behold, how good and pleasant it is, when brethren dwell together in unity! Ps 133
