Why i haven't seen your video sooner i don't know.... but i'm saving it to my truck file :) Had a 50 Merc in my 20's and a 70 Challenger.... wish i still had them. I loved that truck!!!!! Bought it and built it with a 327 4 speed, all the lil tricks for that time. Came up on kijiji a few years back, i was moved to tears, it lasted a few hours and sold again. I knew it was mine by all the lil things i did to it, all the lil fab parts etc having gone to college for tool & die ;). Lol, it sold for 5 times what i got for it, of course 30 years later... Anyways, you have yourself an incredible truck, i really appreciate all the work you've put into it, just fricken awesome, i had to comment, you reminded me of myself. Needless to say, I now own a 69 big block notch back Barracuda and ........ a 53 GMC, oddly enough.....with a 327 4 speed in it. I've had it a lil over a year and the next step is to swap in a 5.3 LS and have it on the road this summer. Cheers Andy!!!
Im 55, and a car nut from about age 1. (Cars were a lot cooler in '66, lol) Mom wanted me to read more, so she got me my first subscription to Hot Rod magazine in '72, when I was 6 and a half. It worked, lol. I'm a good reader and a hot rodder for life!
Not a fan of red....but man Andy....this is one sick truck! Slammed to the ground looks even sexier....great job....[perfect tunes as well].....this sounds amazing as well....
No ac! Whazzat in the passenger door window ? "Y" its a cab cooler ,that qualifies as an air conditioner and rare as hens teeth ...my daddy had a stake bed 48 with a cab simular he used to haul ear corn to the grain elevator where grandpa worked ..good job kid .you got a skill and a special talent that cant be bought or learned from a book
Son, ya either "get it", or ya don't. If you have to explain it to someone over the age of about 30, they're never gonna get it. Especially if they drive a hybrid or a Subaru. Don't even waste your breath on those people.
Nice but i would not drive it that low to the gound i saw u had air bags on it so plz rise up more ur driving i would hate to see u hit pot whole and wipe out the under carriage of the truvk other then that its a beautiful truck.
I love to see someone love his car or truck the same way as I do...then I know I'm not crazy! Great looking truck brother!!!
You're not alone 😉

👍
Love theTruck Andy
Amazing specimen! But, flat on the ground, why? I'll never understand why people want to lower these things like that. What's the point?
Lower center of gravity, but other than that I dont understand it either. Little lower looks mean, but scraping low looks aweful to me
Awesome truck and cool story

Valvoline is a bad oil to put in your car or truck!!!
poor truck. it deserves a lift, not a stance
Czek no man them old trucks like that need to get slammed unroll you hit th 70's era then lift that sumbitch up to the ceiling
