They forgot to mention that you need to enlarge the access holes. If you don't enlarge the access holes in the frame of the equinox you won't be able to put the plates and the bolts through the access hole so that you can install the hitch. You can't even start the installation until the holes are enlarged this should be mentioned immediately before starting the video installation. It should also show her enlarging the holes....
