Dubrovnik 1991: ICTY and Crimes Against Cultural Heritage

There’s a unique problem though, when it comes to crimes against cultural heritage, 1. Is it an identifiable culture through a test, the timing of events can represent can be enemies, perception, psychological identified “culture” included the Crime Persecutions, who, they, regardless of side, holding meetings, debate, and expression can overcome those. Without anything to show what happened…people manipulate what happened, cause they don’t, and don’t want to see it. If facts, in your own nation it becomes foggy. It can’t and I’ve avoided being skeptical. Not only the times they are perceived as problems, bad things or dark histories. If we loose our history we don’t like so much, churches desecrated, the mentality of it being your time to assert yourself, and celebrate. However, if in a nation (almost all) where people associate the darker chapters or trying to justify things…today we know are wrong. The ability to communicate the trials into education alone, if torn by family heritage. The former president was less than competent, and the result of desecration of statues around this country, it opens up the ability to lie and say, “that event never happened?”, without the expression of art, properly should be debated, upon consent kept in a museum or other re-enactments I guess. They divide people, start destroying the highest levels, finally to something major, that alarms. History is the only way, (UA-cam, and museum)

We are better building upon ones creation and community, communication, but look how people question the holocaust…it’s better build on, then negate or exclude people.
